Enquiries by form or email
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, subject and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and handle the communications needed to resolve it. Please do not include sensitive information or unnecessary data about other people.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to communications received. Where an enquiry concerns steps requested before entering into a contract, the corresponding pre-contractual basis applies. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Browsing, security and statistics
Operating the website requires the processing of technical data, such as IP addresses and server requests, to deliver pages and protect them against misuse. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to assess technical risk signals and prevent automated submissions.
The website uses Google Analytics to obtain browsing statistics. Analytics cookies are managed through consent and the cookie preference panel. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained while the enquiry is being handled and, where necessary, for the periods applicable to legal obligations or potential claims. Technical data is retained for as long as needed for operational and security purposes. Cookie durations are described in the Cookie policy.

Providers of website hosting, email and technical support may process data to deliver those services. Google is also involved in analytics and reCAPTCHA. Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
